Ask what happens without anyone logging in
The value of this category is in what it does unprompted: telling somebody an order is overdue against its lead time, or that an invoice has arrived for more than the order. Watch for the re-keying gap
The commonest defect in this category is a requisition module that approves a request and then leaves somebody to key the purchase order separately.
