Simple, flat pricing
All three worksheets are free forever. No account, no card, no trial clock and no cap on use, because the answer is what brought you here and putting it behind a login would be a bait. Requly Pro is $49 a month for your whole team, billed monthly, and it is the record: every requisition with who raised it and against which budget, every purchase order with its number, its approver, its status and its history from raised to approved to received to invoiced, and export of all of it whenever you want. One flat price, every feature, however many orders and however many people you put on it.

Requly Pro is $49 a month and renews on the same date each month at the same $49 until you cancel. There is no introductory rate, no minimum term and no automatic step up in price. If the price ever changes you keep the price you signed at. Cancel yourself from the account page in your workspace, in one click, at any hour, with no email to write and nobody to talk to. The plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for and then stops. Your data stays exportable for 90 days after that.
Online payments: Stripe's processing fee plus a 1% platform fee per payment, deducted before your payout.
Should you just buy a procurement suite instead?
If you have a procurement function running sourcing events, catalogue management, spend analytics and three-way matching at volume, buy a procure-to-pay suite and do not read on. Requly is for the business one step before that: several people can spend money, the buying itself is fine, and what is missing is a request before the commitment and a number on the order.
Competitor pricing read 2026-09-04: Zoho Inventory, which carries purchase orders, publishes Standard at $29 per organization per month and Premium at $79, both billed annually (zoho.com/us/inventory/pricing); Precoro Core starts at $499 per month billed annually and is priced for a procurement team (precoro.com/pricing). ProcureDesk and Procurify publish no price. Each figure is sourced in research/data/claims.tsv with its retrieval date; prices change and the vendor's own page is the authority.
